To chill your Brown Bear Eye & Dream Pillow place in a sealable plastic bag and store in refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes prior to use. To warm your Brown Bear Eye & Dream Pillow place in a clean microwave on a towel. Heat for 15 seconds. Do Not Overheat. Test temperature before use. Send this cuddly friend to bed with your little one or enjoy the therapeutic and aromatic warmth yourself. Sweet dreams! For easy cleaning, remove the herbal insert. Hand wash outer cover with a delicate cleaner and fluff dry with a blow dryer. Do Not Submerge Insert in water or liquid.
