To chill your Polar Bear Buddy Body Pillow place in a sealable plastic bag and place in freezer 1-2 hours prior to use. To warm Polar Bear Buddy place her in a clean microwave on a towel. Heat for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Do Not Overheat. Test temperature before use. Send this cuddly friend to bed with your little one or enjoy the therapeutic and aromatic warmth yourself. Sweet dreams! TO CLEAN: Remove outer fleecy cover. Hand wash with a delicate cleaner and fluff dry with a blow dryer. Do Not Submerge  Herbal  Insert in water or liquid.
