HOW LONG DO MOST PEOPLE BURN THEIR FRAGRANCE LAMPS?

Typically 30-45 minutes will fill approximately 1,000 sq. ft. with fragrance while purifying the air. On a personal note, we live in an 1,800 sq. ft. home and find the entire house is filled with fragrance within this time frame.

HOW MUCH SOLUTION DOES A FRAGRANCE LAMP TYPICALLY USE?

Fragrance lamps diffuse the fragrance at a rate of approximately 1/2 oz. per hour.

HOW LONG WILL THE WICK STONE STAY HOT?

The stone normally stays hot until the lamp runs out of fluid or the solid snuffer cap is used to halt the catalyzing process.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I NEED A NEW WICK STONE?

Your wick stone assembly will need to be replaced periodically, or when it no longer functions properly. You may order replacement assemblies on-line or by calling our toll free number 800-218-2729.
