How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Shipped?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours from the time it is placed.

Will I Receive An Order Confirmation and Tracking Number For My Order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number via email or by phone.

Which Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
Our shipping partners are FedEx and USPS.
 
What Are Your Shipping Costs?
For orders up to $75.00, the shipping fee is $8.50. For orders totaling $75.00 and above the shipping is FREE. For very small items we offer a shipping fee of $5.00. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for detailed information.

Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?
Yes, via the USPS (United States Post Office).

How Do I Package An Order For Return?
Items must be safely packaged in a heavy cardboard box with plenty of cushioning material surrounding the item.  Please make certain that the external box is taped securely. We suggest that you insure your return shipment for possible damage during transit back to us because we cannot give credit on items that arrive damaged.

An item may not be returned without prior authorization.

What Do I Do If An Item Is Damaged?
All orders are carefully packaged and inspected prior to being shipped. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please go to the “Damaged Items” section on the Shipping and Returns page for detailed instructions.
